Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 28 business days after payment is received. If you need your item quicker than this please reach out and we will do what we can.
Custom items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page or at checkout.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Due to the size and weight of our products, most furniture items are shipped via freight carriers.
Smaller items may ship via standard parcel carriers.
Delivery is typically curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver your item to the curb or driveway of the delivery address (most will bring it up the driveway).
Customers are responsible for bringing items (that require assembly) inside and assembling them unless white-glove delivery is selected (if available).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, destination, and delivery method.
Any additional services (such as inside delivery or white-glove service) may incur extra charges.
We offer free shipping nationwide on most of our products, however, custom orders or oversize items may require additional shipping fees.
Delivery Appointments
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time window.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and reject the delivery.
If you discover concealed damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting alex@southpawfurniture.com with photos and order details.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
We do not. ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access locations (i.e. if you are located deep in the mountains far from major shipping routes.
If you want a product shipped outside of the contiguous United States, please reach out. We can’t always accommodate, but we will certainly try to find a way to make it work.
Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Southpaw Furniture Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
